Based on the experiences and user feedback from the toilet currently installed in Balaju, Chabahil and Pashupatinath Temple premises, Kathmandu, we’ve redesigned our product. The design ensures increased user privacy, easy to clean and maintain for the operator, aesthetic to installed locality and lasting materials.

COMPACT & MOBILE

The toilet module occupies 10’X14′ of area while in use. The unique,  compact and toilet-on-wheels design eases mobility of the unit from one location to another. This is plug and play type portable folding design that it can be transported in any place, at any time with the help of towing equipment like tractors.
The toilet module includes 2 female toilets with separate handwashing facility and sanitary pad dispenser and disposing bin, 2 Male toilets and 3 to 5 male urinals with separate hand washing facility. The toilet design is customizable to specific need and space availability.
There is an inbuilt 1000L water tank, a 1600L septic tank, a 400L urine collection tank with onboard fecal waste separator mechanism. This towable model toilet is powered by 100WP solar system with motion sensor lighting facility.

PREFAB SS & FRP BODY, MOBILE AND TOWABLE

The toilet body is fabricated using 202 and 304 grade stainless sheet and Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) sheets/parts. The whole unit is fabricated on wheels with steereable front two wheels.

OPTIMAL CLEANLINESS MAINTENANCE

The toilet is equipped with multiple features to ensure optimal cleanliness. The pan/commode, floor and walls of the model are made of stainless steel to ensure optimum cleanliness. Proper hand washing stations are placed within every toilet chambers. Integrated trash bin is provided inside the female toilet chambers for any litter.

ACCESSIBLE TOILET

The toilet model includes a PLWD friendly chamber or access way. The toilet is designed as per the barrier free environment guidelines. Graphic signage are provided along with  support/grab bars, bag/purse hanging hooks. The toilet design further provides user privacy in public crowded places.  a separate wheelchair accessible chamber can be attached in places with appropriate infrastructures.

WATER & ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The syphon-less design of the toilet help significantly reduce water usage in flushing. The toilet lights are sensored  sand run on a 100WP solar power system.

SMART & RUGGED DESIGN

Simplified and foldable design to best suit Nepalse user behavior, syphon less pan/commode design, compact size and numerous other designs and features makes this toilet SMART. Built-in  advertisement displays to generate additional revenue while the whole module can be powered up with fully renewable energy source. Further smart features that can be added to the model include a on–site septic and soak tank to manage fecal matter. ANTI-THEFT & ANTI-VANDALISM DESIGN

The toilet is designed in such a way that nothing can be simply theft unless intentionally vandalized with proper equipment/tools. The full metal (Stainless Steel) body reduces easy vandalism of the module. Items in public toilets like door latches, bulbs and bulb holders, wash faucet, flush nobs or such materials that are generally theft from or broken in public toilets are either embedded withing the toilet body or redesigned to prevent such theft and vandalism.

BUILT-IN WATER TANK AND SEPTIC**

The toilet includes a built-in 1000L (max) capacity water tank and 1600L septic tank. The model also includes separate 400L urine tank as well as a 500L soak tank (each sold separately).

SOLID WASTE PROCESSING PLANT

The toilet unit can be equipped with a separate solid/liquid separator and filtration system that most of the liquid waste generated in toilet use can be easily and efficiently managed at the place of toilet placement.
